Investigating issues (ongoing)
We have been investigating issues with Director since Tuesday evening. While things have improved, performance remains less than optimal. We will continue to investigate Wednesday and update this post when we have more info.
UPDATE: 8/11 9:37PM ET – The issues seem to have been resolved. If you see any further issues in your account, please contact support.
UPDATE: 8/11 11:50PM ET – Looks like some things still are not quite right. We are experiencing slow load times across the entire cluster, investigating now…
UPDATE 8/12 1:30AM ET – Things have improved but are still a bit slow. We’ll continue to monitor/investigate throughout the day Wednesday.
