Sporadic issues (resolved)

FINAL UPDATE – No issues have resurfaced, so we are marking this as resolved.

UPDATE 7:18PM – Looks like we found the root of the problem. A few PHP processes were out of control, which caused some requests to fail. We’ve restarted all PHP processes and things seem back to normal now. We’ll continue to monitor for the next few ours to make sure before we give the all clear.

We’re investigating some on again/off again issues with the Director hosting service. Updates to come…
